At Little Sprouts, we believe that there are seeds of greatness in every child. Our goal is to partner with your family and help your child bloom!
Little Sprouts is a mobile speech therapy practice that specializes in working with children 0-21 years of age. Our speech and feeding therapy sessions take place in your child’s most comfortable environment— at home, school, or daycare.
We know that children learn best when they play, so we make communication and feeding fun! We are committed to providing therapy that fits into your everyday life and allows your child to bloom into their full potential.

Speech Therapy

Our play-based therapy sessions will help your child speak clearly and master their speech sounds. We will practice meaningful words and sentences to support them in speaking more confidently, fluently, and in a way that others can understand.
Language Therapy
Gestalt Language Processing • Receptive & Expressive Language • Social Skills
We will help your child develop age-appropriate vocabulary and grammar during sing-alongs, play activities, and home practice exercises. Our goal is to help them communicate with confidence and know what to say, how to say it, and when to say it.
Feeding & Swallowing Therapy

We use kid-friendly tools and playful activities to decrease mealtime anxiety. Our goal is to help your child explore a variety of food textures, smells, and tastes while improving their ability to eat, drink, and swallow safely.
AAC Therapy
Low-Tech Systems • High-Tech AAC Devices • Parent Training
We use Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) to give minimally-speaking or non-speaking children a way to communicate. Whether your child uses words, typing, signs, or an AAC device, all forms of communication are supported and honored at Little Sprouts!
Meet Alexandra & Christina
Little Sprouts Pediatric Therapy was co-founded by Alexandra Sorce and Christina Shannon— two passionate speech therapists who specialize in working with children of all ages.
Our team is committed to meeting our clients where they’re at to help them learn, communicate, and develop life skills. We love making therapy fun and functional by incorporating play, music, art, and sensory activities into our sessions!
We believe that parent involvement is the key to successful therapy. We will get your whole family involved in our sessions to help new skills grow every day, in and outside of therapy!

Little Sprouts Pediatric Therapy serves children of all ages— in homes, online, and at local daycares and preschools throughout Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ!
Step One
We will begin with a comprehensive evaluation to identify your child’s strengths and assess communication or feeding concerns.
Step Two
You will receive an evaluation report with our findings, recommendations, and a tailored plan for therapy. We will also address any questions you may have before your child’s first session.
Step Three
Therapy sessions will begin in your home, daycare, or preschool! We will monitor your child’s progress regularly to help them meet their goals.
